1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any service on wg8 (wg8.site), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all account holders and visitors, including players in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not register an account or continue to use the platform.

wg8 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open a wg8 account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be the legal owner of any payment method used on the account.
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Not already hold another active wg8 account.

wg8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed immediately and any funds returned after verification.

3. Account Rules and Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonuses obtained through multiple accounts will be voided.

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. wg8 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.

Your account details — including name, email address, and payment method — must be accurate and up to date. False information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits and Payments

The minimum deposit at wg8 is ৳100. Deposits are processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. Funds typically appear in your account within 5 minutes of a successful transaction.

wg8 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Always confirm the amount before completing a transfer.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

5. Withdrawals and KYC

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The maximum withdrawal per day is ৳50,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes under normal circumstances. First-time withdrawals may take up to 6 hours to process.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification. Acceptable documents include:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence

Document review takes up to 12 hours. Submitting clear, valid documents will speed up the process. Withdrawals will not be released until KYC is approved.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

wg8 offers a welcome bonus of 120% on your first deposit, up to ৳25,000. The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion:

• Wagering requirement: 12× the bonus amount before any withdrawal.
• Validity period: 7 days from the date of issue.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• Reload bonus: 10% on subsequent qualifying deposits.
• Daily cashback: 1.2% on eligible losses, credited automatically.

wg8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, placing low-risk combinations to clear wagering — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

Games on wg8 are provided by licensed studios including Playtech, PG Soft, KA Gaming, FA Chai, CQ9, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its individual rules, which are displayed within the game interface.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game. For example, Shaolin Soccer (Ezugi) accepts bets from ৳1 up to ৳20,000. Slot games such as Fortune Rabbit (PG Soft) start from ৳2 per spin.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be treated as void and any stake will be returned. Results generated by a verified random number generator (RNG) are final.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wg8:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with games or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or errors for financial gain.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Opening accounts on behalf of another person.
• Providing false identity documents during KYC.

Any player found engaging in prohibited activity will have their account closed and any outstanding balance forfeited. wg8 will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

wg8 may suspend or close an account at its discretion if a breach of these terms is identified, or if a regulatory obligation requires it. In cases of suspected fraud, accounts may be locked immediately pending investigation.
